| Monday, March 10, 2025 | Abstract reviews underway . The review and scoring of abstracts taking place until March 25, 2025 |
| Tuesday, April 1, 2025 | Presenter notifications released. Notifications will be emailed on or before April 1, 2025 |
| Tuesday, April 8,2025 | Withdrawal notice deadline. Primary student presenter must submit a withdrawal notice via email. Final Poster Upload. Posters uploaded after April 8th will not be printed by the Research Day committee. |
